In a village in the Picos de Europa National Park, we have a little cabin where we go to relax. One cold, rainy autumn afternoon, we baked some Fantastic Butter Biscuits in our wood-fired oven.

We don’t know whether it was the scent they gave off or simply a coincidence, but in the meadow surrounding the house, the village animals gathered, drawn by the irresistible aroma of the biscuits.
