Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), butter (milk) (25%), cane sugar, dark chocolate 10% (cane sugar, cocoa mass (56% cocoa minimum), cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), egg, salt.
Allergens: May also contain soy and mustard due to cross-contamination in the original grain.

In a village in the Picos de Europa National Park, we have a small cabin where we go to relax. One cold, rainy autumn afternoon, we baked some fantastic shortbread cookies in our wood-fired oven.
We don’t know if it was the aroma they gave off or just pure chance, but the village animals gathered in the meadow surrounding the house, drawn by the irresistible scent of the cookies.
