In a village in the National Park of Picos de Europa we own a small cabin where we usually qo to rest.
It was during a cold and rainy autumn afternoon when we decided to make buttercookies in our wood-fire oven.
We don’t know whether it was the aroma they gave off. or simply the result of chance, but the animals from the meadow surrounding the cabin gathered around the irresistible aroma of the cookies.
